What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain While Urinating?

I have pain in my lower abdomi connect with my penis root, at times its hot, especially when the urine I is not enough, lost sex pleasure, I visit the doctors and did all demanded test urine, spam, photo, scan, I took various antibiotics but no solution what can I do.

You are suffering from chronic urinary tract infections.
Cause are below:
Vesicoureteric reflux
Stone/tumor in urinary tract
Prostatitis
Cystitis may be due to e coli or Tuberculosis.
Polycystic kidney disease or glomeulonephritis

For exact diagnosis consult the best urologist in your area.
Get the done below tests:
Most important: urinary culture to identify the pathogen and take antibiotics according to that.
Urine analysis, Blood sugars, Blood urea, creatinine, Cystoscopy, Cystogram, Pelvic examination, CBC, ESR, PSA, test of prostatic fluids.

Meanwhile
take plenty of fluids at least 8 liters
Take fruits juice like cranberry, orange and pineapple
If not respond to oral drugs take intravenous drugs
After diagnosis take proper treatment.
