What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain When Walking?
Lower, Lower abdominal pain when I am walking only. Went to doctor yesterday, she thought I had urinary tract infection. Prescribed Cipro antibiotic. I m drinking plenty of water. I still cannot walk without severe pain. It does not hurt when I m standing or sitting.

Lower abdominal pain may be due to many reasons.It may be due to renal or ureteric calculus,pelvic pathology,musculoskeletal cause etc.
You need proper clinical examination and few investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RFT,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
