What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain When Diagnosed With PCOD?

Hi i have polycystic ovaries currently on no medication and has to wait two months again after waiting for 7 months to join the clinic i have been in alot of severe lower abdominal pain well all the serious signs that they tell you to seek medical attention immediately still they tell me i have to wait for my appointment I have gotten an infection now and was wondering if you can get one if not on any meds

what do you mean by infection do you have any abdominal infection? if so start on antibiotics and get a ultrasound done
