when I push down on my right lower abdomen it hurts. sometimes I feel pressure there like there is a ballon inside of me. I am constipated a lot and I suffer from anxiety. when I exercise this area in my body starts to hurt and I need to take a ten minute break before I can start again because it is so painful.
