What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Cramps And Blood In Urine?

I have had pain in my lower right abdomen for over a week (11 days). Sometimes I get a sharp/ stabbing pain and other times is cramping but it comes and goes but its everyday. I went to the doctors recently and they aren t so sure what s going on with my stomach, they did say that I had blood in my urine. Could this be a more serious problem? should I go to the Emergency Room?

Hence underlying organic cause has to be ruled out like kidney inflammation, stone, cystitis etc....

For this investigation done by USG abdomen and pelvis...

According to cause further specific treatment given...

If urine also showing pus cells than for this infective cause suitable antibiotic course given
