What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Slight Nausea?

i am experiencing mid to lower abdominal pain, centre, not to one side. - constant, feels like I m bloated, crampy, slight nausea. I m 60 years old, post-menopausal, no bleeding, not tender to touch, no fever. Maybe related to food - I ve eaten a bag of chips two days in row and am unaccustomed to doing so. Enough pain to keep me awake at night, has been continuing since last evening.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Ma'am, Hi
I appreciate your concern for the stomach upset.
It appears to be due to unaccustomed consumption of a bag of chips two days in a row. The features mentioned are suspicious of acidity related stomach upset.
I advise you to take a proton pump inhibitor like Omeprazole along with Domperidone orally one hour before meals once daily for the relief.

Please avoid taking hot and spicy foods, you are encouraged to take fruit juices, yoghurt, plenty of oral fluids, etc.

If the symptoms do not subside, please consult a doctor for proper evaluation.

Best wishes.
