What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Reddish Orange Vaginal Discharge After Having Sex?

Hi. I would like to know if there is a possibility that i could be pregnant last time i had sexual intercourse was like week ago and today inwas spotting it was a reddish orangy color i havenalso been having lower abd pain or cramps. The thing is 2 months ago i got the depo shot.
