What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Pain In Cervix Post Sex?

I ve been having pain in my cervix after sex and when I walk. Usually lasts a few hours but it some times lasts up to 2 days. I also have been getting full after eating really small meals. I m not as hungry. I have weird lower abdomen pain. What could it be. It happens 2-3 times a week or won t happen for a month.

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Here according to your history following can be possibilities.....
-pelvic inflammatory disease
-cervicitis
-Fibroid
-endometriosis
The last two may present with bleeding per vaginum also....

According to cause treatment given...
Per speculum examination done to look for cervical case...like cervicitis
If needed pap smear examination done...

For other diagnosis USG abdomen will be helpful....
For fibroid trans vaginal sonography might done if needed...

Until managed avoid sex for few days.
Violent rough sex avoided.

If needed antibiotic given as per cause...

Gynecological consultation will be helpful...
