What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Middle Back Pain?
I have had a pain in my lower right stomach area for about 2 weeks accompanied by a severe lower mid-back ache. My urination has drastically increased. I have been going about once an hour for about 2 weeks as well. Yesterday, I had diarrhea and today for the first time I had a black stool. I have also have had bad gas. I an not sure if any of this is related or not.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of lower abdominal pain and middle back pain. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like consuming foods known to cause gas in some people, such as milk products that contain lactose, broccoli, appendicitis, crohn’s disease, gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome or urinary tract infection. You should take plenty of fluids. I would suggest you to avoid above mentioned foods , eat light and non spicy specially at night , take light walk after every meal , eat small and frequent meals. If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , endoscopy along with stool test . Doctor may prescribe laxative , anti inflammatory along with antacids . Also visit nephrologist for kidney problem as the above symptoms can also occur in kidney stone or infection.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
