What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Gurgling Sound When Lying Down?

I have been suffering with severe lower abdominal pain for 4 years. Been to very good MDs for answers so far no one has found anything. Taking oxycodone for the pain now and all of a sudden I have very loud sounds (bowel sounds?) especially when I am lying down. Is that indicative of something?

I really appreciate your concern, such pain condition may not be due to any disease but it could be due to some functional elements, if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat it with Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide, you have not mentioned you age and gender it was needed here for better advises and thinking hope this information helps.
