What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination?

I am 50 and i am having a dull pain in my right lower abdoman when this comes on I notice i am running a temperature and I feel like I have to urinate all the time. The first day it lasted for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon, the next day nothing and the following two days 30 minutes in the morning. When the pain comes on I find relief in putting a ice block on my stomach. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, it is advisable to get done the urine analysis because this could be cystitis, till then pain can be managed with "Tab Dicyclomine" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
