What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Along With Pressure In Bladder?

I did an ultrasound which showed I have a subserosal fibroid size 63mm on the superior region of the uterus, small amount of fluids(2mls) within the cul-de-sac. And my right ovary is severely enlarge size 58mm, there are multiple simple cysts on the ovary size 10mm each. Was experiencing sever lower abdominal pains, pressure on the bladder when urineing. How can the above problem be treated?, n can I get pregnant? I have irregular periods too.
