What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Operating On Ruptured Ectopic Pregnancy?

Hello sir, my wife was primi with Rt side ruptured ectopic pregnancy and after suggest by a docter we are ready for treatment of Lap. RT. salpingectomy under G.A Sir, opration was done successfully but now after 15 days my wife have a pain in lower abdominal. And docter suggest drotin ds. Sir, pls suggest everything is fine or not..

It may be due pelvic inflammation. After surgery there maybe be infection occur. Your doctor suggested you to give Drotin ds for control of spasmodic pain. To control infection you have to use antibiotics. If she still had pain better you consult your doctor and follow their instructions.
