What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Accompanied By Bloating And Nausea?
I have lower left abdominal pain accompanied by bloating nausea. And have found a lump in that same area. I saw a doctor who said I was prob constipated but I go on average lately 7 times a day and the colour has changed to a maroon like colour. What could this be please?

This could be constipation but other gastrointestinal pathology would be very less likely
Advise:
drink more water, have fiber diet,
Treatment:
Keep regular habit of defecation even if it does not needed
Do not apply any force no matter if you do not pass the stool
Medication:
Isabgol can be tried
Stop worrying no stress, take care.
