Hello,

In my opinion, you should definitely consult gastroenterologist and get done clinical examination and ultrasound examination of abdomen to rule out abdominal pathology. If ultrasound is normal then no need to worry much.

Sometimes stress and anxiety can cause irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and it can cause all these symptoms. So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.Take high fiber diet. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
