my probleam is i have 1boy age9year.now we traying next one.iam working outside every 6month after 1month living with wife. last week i cheack my seimon doctor told counting&moving is less.why this happening? plese can you explain
and other thing is every day iam watching sex filims in tv here 250 sex chanels getting. weekly 4or 5times doing mastrbotin this will effact in my health?

Low sperm quality is a common problem in modern times. That does NOT mean that you cannot become a father. It just can be more difficult. And yes, frequent masturbation is not a good idea when you want to make your wife pregnant.
