What Causes Low Sperm Count With Pain In My Left Kidney And Leg Muscle?
Hi, It is 2 years and half since I got married but my wife has not conceived yet. There are constant fluctuations in my sperm quality. At some point the active sperm level reaches up to 60% of over 60 million and on avg. basis it remains 40-45% active. The recent analysis I had, shows my sperm count 40 million and only 20% active with 8-10 pus cells. I also feel pain in my left kidney and lower leg muscles. What is the proper treatment that I must take?
