What Causes Low Platelet Count Along With Weight Loss?

Sir, i had blood test 10 days ago which showed 1.8mg/dl reference range 1.2mg/dl, platelets 1.42 a little low than 1.5 and experiencing weight loss for 1 month n a little weakness now.. My skin colour, eyes n urine colour are normal.. But i feel pressure in upper right abdomen while sitting.. Ultrasound was normal.. What is the problem

weight loss by definition is significant only when it's more than 2.5 Percent from baseline in one week, more than 5 Percent in one month, more than 7. 5 ptercent in 3 months and more than 10 Percent in 6 months.
weight loss with slightly low platelet count needs further assessment and investigations.
I would advise you to have Peripheral smear and let the doctor see your report.
