What Causes Low Platelet Count After Recovering From Hepatitis-A?

Hello. I am from Pakistan, i have a boy of 16 months. in last 4 months its the second time that he is admitted in the Hospital for Bone Marrow Aspiration. His pletlets are down to 14000, he was having hepatitis A from which he recovered. Today is his Bone Marrow Biopsey again. Last time his report was clear but this time i am very worried .

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the viral infection then it may cause some changes in blood picture and this is nothing to worry, in absence of clinical symptoms it is nothing to worry hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
