What Causes Low Memory And Lack Of Focus?

Hi, I m not sure if anyone can help me but I feel like I need to seek some help due to how things have been going at work I was supposed to move up instead got demoted because I would forget things couldn t pass a test for the life of me. I moved two months ago and can t seem to find the motivation to get going and UN pack we pretty much live out of totes at the moment. I failed out of college no matter how hard I d study when it came time for the test I couldn t focus. I m just wondering if anyone could shed some light on me here tell me what they think is going on.

Hello,

The reporting of low memory and lack of focus with failing grades in college indicates underlying depression most likely in majority of the instances and it does not depict any of the brain pathology. You need a detailed counselling with expert psychiatrist to get diagnosed, treated accordingly with latest molecules as serotonin re-uptake inhibitors, tricyclic anti depressants or others. Till that time, self meditations and YOGA are two tremendously powerful tools to help you in this stressful situation.
