Hi,

In anemia of inflammation, you may have a normal / increased amount of iron link stored in your body tissues, but a low level of iron in your blood. Anemia is a condition in which your blood has fewer red blood cells or less hemoglobin than normal. Any chronic kidney disease should be ruled out.You can continue Cipralex with iron tablets and both these drugs do not have major interaction.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
