What Causes Low Grade Fever, Nausea And Fatigue After Taking Enbrel?
Low grade 99.7 fever, nausea, fatigue anytime off of an antibiotic. Developed after starting enbrel for joint pain. Have since stopped Enbrel but this continues. Been on an antibiotic since Feb 2015 b/c everything shows up normal in testing. Thought it was related to an inability to empty my bladder, but I have had interstim therapy for that which is successful. Went off of antibiotic after interstim success and the low grade fever, nausea and fatigue was back within 2-3 days.

enbrel or etanercept is an immune modulator which is used to treat RA, were you on any DMARD before the use of etanercept recommended or the drug was started as a first therapy?
The symptoms you are having are side effects of etanercept it self there seems no connection with antibiotics.
Usually we do advise to maintain very meticulous hygiene and take all precautions to avoid any infection when on etanercept but antibiotics are not prescribed as a routine.
From your question it is not very clear as to what you need to know
your interstim therapy is for an entirely different cause with an entirely different etiology there seems no connect between the two.
The device is used to control the bladder functions by sacral nerve neuro modulation and from your question it is not at all clear why did you need it. Was your sacral nerve issue too due to an auto immune reason
