What Causes Low Grade Fever, Dry Cough And Sinus Drainage?

My symptoms started yesterday with my throat feeling like I swallowed razor blades, now my chest is very heavy. Unproductive dry cough, sinus drainage and slight fever (starting at 99.3 and not getting higher than 100.6). Taking Tylenol and tolerating fluids. Is this upper respiratory infection or should I get checked for pneumonia?
