What Causes Low Grade Fever Along With Painful Lumps In The Body?

I have had low grade fevers on and off. Swollen soft tissue lumps, very painful and triggers bursitis. Pettechia on at least one area. a rash on my face that looks like lupus rash, it has edema near my eyes. lower ext. edema. extreme fatigue.....morning stiffness.
