Sir,
Does your wife stay home while you work? It is normal for you to take a rest after a day of work. A little nap or meditation can be quite invigorating as can be a balanced diet, maintaining optimal weight, regular fitness activities and a healthy attitude toward life, love, marriage and self. Talk to your wife and see if she will agree to let you have a short nap. You can elevate your energies with meditation, prayer, or even a short sleep. Then get up and enjoy life with your wife. Still fatigued? Start looking at diet,wt,health parameters. Good day, sir. Kathy Shattler, MS,RDN
