General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here I don't think you are having tuberculosis

In tuberculosis usually consolidation seen in x ray or lymph nodes in neck can be enlarged

In tuberculosis weight loss, chronic cough, dyspnea etc like complaint can be present

For TB investigation sputum examination is necessary

If you feel excess cold then check thyroid status by serum TSH, T4 estimation

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult physician or pulmonologoist for examination with keeping all this in mind
