Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that yes he needs to go to ER because without knowing his heart function fluid therapy is recommended at home. Systolic blood pressure less than 90mmhg needs immediate medical attention.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap,
