What Causes Low Blood Pressure After Exposure To Sun?
my husband was working outside in the heat . he felt lightheaded and bright light bothers his eyes. He can in and took his blood pressure and it was 77/44 after resting lying down with feet elevated it is now 88/57 coming back up slowly. this happened twice today

This condition is called heat stroke. Take him to an emergency room immediately, where IV fluids can be started as early as possible to maintain his blood pressure.
If the high temperature is there then tepid sponging is required. Whenever he is able to take fluids orally, give him coconut water, fruit juices or ORS water. Make sure he is properly hydrated.
