What Causes Low RBC And Platelet Count?

in a recent blood test the RBC and Platelet count were LOW and slightly out of range while the MRV and MonoAuto were slightly high. white blood cells were in normal range. Cardiologist was not concerned IF he noticed these ..........I did not notice until I got home. any concern??

No need to worry because minor variation is not significant in RBC counts and Platelet counts.
Monocytes counts can also slightly high.

Your white blood cells were in normal range means there are not any infection.

Your cardiologist also not concerned means these are not significant otherwise your doctor advised for repeat blood count.
