General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you have episodes of low blood pressure while you are losartan. I advise you to try a lower dose of losartan. Essential hypertension sometimes gets normal by controlled exercise and yoga or pranayama.

Consult a physician and get your blood pressure checked 2-3 times. Start reduced dose of losartan and get your blood pressure checked weekly if it's not increasing and no episodes of hypotension then continue with a lower dose.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
