Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have low BP, persistent cough and chest discomfort. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query asthma , middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , hypotension or heart rhythm disorder. I would suggest ou to consult cardiologist for proper diagnosis and to rule out more serious condition first . Doctor may order ECG , TMT along with complete blood profile and check vitals. and treat accordingly . Doctor may prescribed betablockers , frusamide and aspirin . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem or chest specialist for chest problem .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
