Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Every morning I wake up I hear a thump, thump type sound in my head. Deep breathing seems to help but it continues until I get my day started and my body moving. At first I thought it was environmental...something in my house or the neighborhood were the causes of the sounds I heard. When traveling, however, and I arise in the morning I still get that thump thump sound in my head for a while. Any ideas on what might be causing these thump, thump sounds? Thank You.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, such feeling or sound could be due to congestion and for that try some steam inhalation and "Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine" three times in day, if this does not responds then condition could be due to some functional conditions, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
