What Causes Loss Of Weight And Complexion?

Hi i m 19 and i confused on whats wrong with me.I ve lost weight my skin is becoming dark, i get chest pains,bad breath that doesnt wanna go away no matter how often i visit a dentist,my gums bleed and i ve got low sex drive.I did hiv tests in the past nine months and they all came bck negtv.Some times i cant even walk can you please help

Hi
The various causes of weight loss and skin darkening are Sarcoidosis, Addison’s disease, genetic disorder like Wilson disease etc. If loss of weight is not deliberate as in Anorexia nervosa then I think you need to be properly investigated by your physician for various causes as these symptoms are also seen in Anorexia.
