Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of loss of vision upon intake of antibiotics for sinus infection. It could be due to infection in lymph nodes as well/ eustachian tube dysfunction as well , loss of vision may occur due to side effects of certain medicine or increasing sinus infection . Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take nasal decongestant sprays, Antihistamines and antibiotic combination as infection is present. Co amoxiclav is best treatment option. You should take steam inhalation. Avoid intake of outside food. Visit ENT specialist once again and get it examined. Go for paranasal sinus X ray and get puncture and drainage of sinus if required. You can go for surgical reconstruction of opening after proper prescription. Do warm saline gargles. Doctor may prescribe stronger antibiotics or may refer you to ophthalmologist for eye problem .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
