What Causes Loss Of Appetite, Increased Thirst And Urination And Insomnia?

This is my 4th day on methylprednisolone and augmentin due to a middle ear infection. I've had no appetite, increased thirst and urination, and irritability and insomnia. I'm overall uneasy. Twice yesterday and twice today I've had small bowel movements that were dark and grainy. Do I have a bleed somewhere? Should I go to the hospital?
