What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Choking?

hi, ive been having this problems over the last six months where i am not hardly eating for fear of choking i always feel like i will choke no matter what i eat and it has gotton progressively worse over the past two months when my father passed away its driving me crazy now im down to hardly eating anything what should i do?
