General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of bowel infection. You need some further tests to determine the right diagnosis:
- Complete blood count
- Urine analysis
- Stool analysis and culture / sensitivity testing
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Stool examination for ova/parasites
- Pancreas / liver function tests

After evaluating the changes we can discuss for best treatment strategy. For the moment, I advise to have light meals, take Tasectan or Pepto Bismol for diarrhea. Take ORS to replace the loss of electrolytes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
