I am of 22 years old. I have some problem in left testicle, it gets loosen from morning time. As time goes, it loosen the right testicle also. In evening time both are in loosen form n scrotum is too loosen. Also there is some veins like structure downside of the left testicle. can u please help me n answer me...

Thanks for an elucidate/ diagnostic findings.
These all are suggestive of Bilateral varicoceles.
Get an ultrasonography and color doppler examination done to confirm the diagnosis , to know the stage of varicolceles and get an opinion of the Urologist. Also go for semen analysis.
If desired by the Doctor - go for corrective surgery as the long term effects
