What Causes Loose Stools With Groin Pain?

hi doctor i stared to suddenly have grion pain and loose stool while at the zoo on day. and ever since have had lots of pain. i had double hernia in thatarea 8yrs ago and thought i reherniated that area. after cat scan and numerous test we still have no answers

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of loose stools and pain in the groin and thought of the hernia causing the problem.
CT scan and other tests are not showing any results.
I would advise you the following:
Check the stool tests for 3 consecutive days.
Enteroclysis to see if there is partial obstruction.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics, This should resolve and if no resolution, go for colonoscopy.
Proper investigations will always lead to a proper diagnosis and a plan for a proper treatment.
