What Causes Loose Stool And Headache Along With Nausea?

Hi
I have all the symptoms of food poisoning like nausea, stomach pain, dry mouth, headache, can go from feeling constipated in the morning to having very lose stool in the evening but I haven't vomited. Also all my glands are swollen and I get all these symptoms at least once or twice a month. All the blood tests I've had have come back clear so I'm wondering what's going on?

Well come to HCM
This is may not be foot poisoning but could be more look like intestinal infection such condition does not need any treatment because this comes around even without the medicine here hydration is matter only, if symptom persist then this can be treated with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day" for five days, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
