Hi my 6 month baby has been having loose motions for the last 9 days. There is mucous which is sometimes green in color. The consistency of the stools keep changing. The color of the stools too keep changing between yellow to green or greenish yellow. She passes motion about 5 to 6 times a day. She does not have fever or pain and is taking feed properly. We took her to the pediatrician last friday (7th). She was prescribed Bacigyl 2.5 ml twice a day and also econorm twice a day. The chemist gave us oflox instead of bacygyl and we have been administering the medicine as adviced. We have not seen much improvement. A stool routine was done and mucus and puss cells were found 25 - 30 hpf
