Good afternoon sir my penis foreskin is loose the shaft gets well erect but to tighten the foreskin properly I have to contract my pc muscle which last a few seconds and the whole of foreskin has become black including a dark spot on the left side of it

If your foreskin becomes dark on and off the need to think of vascular disease. Doing a doppler penis will help you.
If you had unprotected sex, need to rule out STI.
You need an investigation - TPHA, HSV 1+2, IgG, HSV 1+2, IgM, CHLAMYDIA TRACHOMATIS IgG, HIV 1&2, HbsAg, Urine Complete.
