General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of a long indentation on the forehead in line with the veins that get prominent on straining it seems, you were high stung with tension in arms and legs but relaxed now but the indentation on forehead remains.
This is really a rare presentation of some problem like Idiopathic Thrombo-phlebitis or so.
This can also be due to a condition called angioneurotic edema, an allergic reaction wherein one get painless swelling and responds well to antihistamine and oral steroids.
If it persists for some more hours then to consider the previous diagnosis.
Consult your Doctor for clinical diagnosis and discuss the points just discussed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
