Hi and welcome to HCM..
I am really sorry for the pain that you are experiencing..
I thank you for posting your query and I'm here to help you out..
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases and do not worry..
With certainty I can say you are suffering from ureteric calculus..
Look, please note the following things..
1. Ureteric calculus, depending on where exactly it is, causes pain and
radiation of pain to various other regions like tip of penis, groin, inner aspects of thighs..
2. Your history is so clear that it will clearly lead to ureteric
calculus disease..
3. Do not worry, it's a very common problem..
4. Do these things..
A. Get a urine routine and culture only if you have burning urination .
B. Get a renal usg scan done. This will tell us the stone or any kind of hydroneprosis caused due to stone..
And later we can see how to tackle, based on the size and location of stone.
Sometimes, stone may not be visible on usg and you may need
CT scan for the same..
Hope this helps you . Take care and God bless..
In case you need any further assistance, please let me know.. I am there for you..
