What Causes Lightheadedness While Walking?

i seam to feel light headed then soon after i have to have bowel movement.blood pressure is up an down. dont eat any fast food high sodium foods no meat.plant based protien shakes yogurt gluten free cereals.been gassy, head cloudy sometimes cant concentrate some days.vision lil blurry floaties sometimes.om metoprolol an losoritan. why lightheaded when walking sometimes?

welcome to HCM,
your symptoms have different causes like-
hypotension,labyrinthitis,BPPV,cervical spondylosis,hypothyroidism etc.
i shall advise you to consult your physician because proper examinations and history are needed.
by the time you can check your bp and if it is low you can stop losartan.
