What Causes Lightheadedness And Weakness In Knees While Reaching Above Head?

While reaching above my head yesterday I became lightheaded and then my knees started to buckle and my left arm would not support me when trying to brace myself to sit down. Once seated things felt better. My bp and sugar was fine. The rest of the day and evening and even into today I am experiencing fatigue and slept over 12 hours yesterday. Do you know what might have occurred? I am on a blood thinner, due to scoring a 505 on a heart scan but passed a stress test.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.

Check with your doctor on your blood coagulation profile as the blood thinner may have to be reduced in dosage. Also visit an ENT to make sure all is well with that part of your body that can cause balance issues (I.e. vertigo).

Best wishes
