What Causes Lightheadedness And Throbbing Pain In The Temples?

I have slight pressure in my temples which felt faint enough to ignore previously, but now they feel as if someone is pressing down on my temples with a good amount of force. I feel very light headed, earlier I placed a drink down on a flat table and felt as though I were falling, quickly grabbing the table to gain my balace (I never fell to begin with).

Hi

Pain in temporal region need to investigate.

Proper detail history is must.

History regarding onset/frequency/nature/severity/associated symptoms etc.

You need to investigate yourself.

1st thing is require is fundas examination.

It will shows any papillodeama that suggest raise in interracial tension.
Or give idea about temporal artistes if any changes in blood vessels.
MRI brain will helpful to rule out any pressure producing lesion or space occupying lesions.

This kind of condition can be treated symptomatically with anti inflammatory drugs like paracetamol/brufen/diclogenac/aceclofenac/

But if it persists the need to consult neurologist for further assistance.

I hope i have answered your query.

Thank you.
