What Causes Lightheadedness And Headaches After A Pilonidal Cystectomy?

I had a excision of a pionidal sinus with closure on 30th march it s been pretty clean and not discharging but tonight it opened up leaked a lot of fresh blood with a yellow tinge to it smelt a little fishy should I be worried I haven t felt right over last few days light headed and fluey plus headaches and diorrhea pains in my chest? I have read and understood your concern.
Your description sounds like a incision site infection.I will suggest you see the Doctor to explore the incision site. Regular dressing and antibiotics may help control the infection. You may also take a pain drug like paracetamol foe headache.
