Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to different possible disorders: an inner ear disorder, vertebrobasilar insufficiency, chronic degeneration of the cervical spine, etc..
Coming to this point, I would first recommend consulting with an ENT specialist to investigate for an inner ear disorder.
Further tests to be done are:
- a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid and vertebral arteries
- a cervical spine X ray study
- a Head Up Tilt test for orthostatic hyptension
- complete blood count for anemia.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Best regards!
