What Causes Lightheaded And Dizzy During Workout To Reduce Weight?

Hi Doctor, after I had my dinner at 11pm, I went and workout at 2am. But during the process I felt lightheaded and dizzy and I had to stop, this never happened before, and it is very concerning for me since I would like to lose weight. Can you help me?

The timing you mentioned for your diiner & the workout are not proper & the things done on the wrong timings would not help.
If you really want to loose weight the firstly you have to plan your diet very well and that should be taken on ideal timings. Diet should contains more of salads, green leafy vegitables & fruits & less of the fats & carbohydrates. Avoid junk foods.
The timings of the meals should be proper.
If possible have a dietician consultation & take a diet chart according to your age weight & lifestyle & calory consuption.
Similarly you have to workout at fixed & suitable timings & not when the time is available.

The problem you have faced might be either due to hypotensive episode or hypogycemic episode.
